Furnace visit includes the following:

• Inspect filters
• Check thermostat
• Check exhaust inducer motor
• Check blower motor
• Inspect heat exchangers visually if possible
• Check burners
• Check flame sensor
• Check the ignitor or spark electrode
• Check capacitor
• Check ignition control
• Check blower control
• Check furnace wiring
• Check the condensate drain
• Check exhaust flue
• Check and adjust fuel pressure, if possible

AC visits include the following:

• Inspect filters
• Check thermostat
• Check refrigerant levels
• Check disconnect and fuses
• Check condenser fan motor
• Check the condenser fan blade for cracking or bending
• Check compressor amperage draw
• Check start components, if applicable
• Check the contactor switch for insect or burning
• Check the circuit board, if applicable
• Check capacitors
• Check refrigerant lines and insulation outside
• Check condenser coil, visual
• Check the evaporator coil, visually if accessible

Heat pump visit includes all items from the AC list plus the following:

• Check the defrost control, Fall visit
• Check heat strips, Fall visit
• Check reversing valve
